As we all know, plants are essential for us to survive on earth. We want your every day will start with some fresh, natural air. Waiting for Earth Day? The city of Kitchener is going to celebrate 50th anniversary of Earth Day on April 22, 2021.

PURPOSE OF THE EVENT:

Every year we plant more and more plants on this day. This year we aim to plant more than 500 plants on the occasion of the 50th anniversary. Due to this initiative, the City of Kitchener can raise awareness about plants’ importance in our lives and educate them on how our plants help live healthy lives and benefit our earth. 

This event will include various programs and activities to educate the people and audience on plants’ importance to save our life and planet.
